Honest cooperation without hidden surprises
IKOM is the interface between students and industry at the Technical University of Munich. Over 90 honorary members from a wide variety of professional backgrounds organize Germany's largest student career fair every year with over 320 companies and around 15,000 visitors, as well as its specialized equivalents IKOM Bau, IKOM Life Science and IKOM Start-Up.

Meet the teams
IT
The IT department is primarily concerned with maintaining and improving the IT infrastructure. You are welcome to come up with new ideas creatively and with commitment and tinker with them yourself in order to simplify and improve IKOM's processes. You are also the contact person if individual members have problems with the IT systems
Finances
The finance department is responsible for all aspects of financial planning, analysis and control in IKOM. Our finance professionals are involved in every purchasing decision, approving expenses and keeping track of everything
Corporate
In corporate, you are in direct contact with the companies, are the first point of contact for the company representatives and are available to help them with any questions or problems
Cooperations
The Cooperation Department is tasked with promoting and strengthening strategic partnerships and collaboration between IKOM and other organizations and companies. It's about defining and achieving common goals and supporting each other. Collaborations can be entered into with companies as well as with (student) initiatives and other career forums
Logistics
Logistics is the department that takes care of all organizational tasks related to trade fair planning in the background. This includes the timely delivery of materials, cooperation with our external service providers and planning the transport service at IKOM
